Merry Christmas

Lindsay was getting too "big" for her "little" tricycle so we decided to upgrade. Having a birthday in December is not very convenient for receiving a bike as a present. The weather is perfect right now for bike riding and not so perfect in December.
Of course, when Sammie saw that her sister was getting a new bike she wanted one also. (We pretty much treat these girls as if they are twins)
So, instead of a birthday gift for Lindsay, it is a Christmas gift for both of them. Merry Christmas girls!!! They LOVE to ride them, and yes they ride them in the street. I open the garage door and sit in a patio chair and watch them while Davis naps inside. I usually get a little reading in also.

By the way, I heard a rumor about you...not a bad one, don't worry.
Cute kids on their bikes. Sami is already riding well on a big bike? WOW! That is cool.

I know we always say get out of the road, but it is really hard to ride a bike on the sidewalk. It is even harder when you are 4. Now you know why I sit on my porch all day with my neighbors. We are keeping our kids safe. OK, so maybe we enjoy chatting with each other too.

Rosalyn, we have pretty much the same life right now apparently. Rachel has the exact same bike and I sit with my garage door open and a book. Miss you!
