24th of July

Dave took the girls to our ward camp out this summer for the 24th of July. Hannah was just over a week old so I stayed home with Davis and my mom. Apparently the girls just LOVED it!!

Merry Christmas

Lindsay was getting too "big" for her "little" tricycle so we decided to upgrade. Having a birthday in December is not very convenient for receiving a bike as a present. The weather is perfect right now for bike riding and not so perfect in December.
Of course, when Sammie saw that her sister was getting a new bike she wanted one also. (We pretty much treat these girls as if they are twins)
So, instead of a birthday gift for Lindsay, it is a Christmas gift for both of them. Merry Christmas girls!!! They LOVE to ride them, and yes they ride them in the street. I open the garage door and sit in a patio chair and watch them while Davis naps inside. I usually get a little reading in also.

Update on Lindsay and Sammie

We decided to put the girls in dance this year. If they have their mothers skills, then they are going to be GREAT dancers. (For those of you that know me, you know that they don't have a chance with my skills, and for those that don't know me, well just keep on thinking that I can dance). They LOVE going to dance. They are so cute out there in their tap shoes trying not to fall down. I can't wait for the 1st performance. Lindsay has already told us that she is not going on the stage. We will have to see what happens. The girls also started school. Lindsay is in Pre-K this year and Sammie started the 3 year old program. They both love it. Mrs. Sigmund (Sammie's teacher this year and Lindsay's last year), already can tell that they are nothing alike. She has already experienced Sammie's stubborness. Lindsay takes a lunch to school this year and she feels like she is such a big girl. They are growing up so fast. I can't believe she will be in Kindergarten next year!!!
